Gregg never claimed to be a bodybuilder with those arms.  He even regrets that he did that to himself.  At least he sees exactly how delusional he was.

He REGRETS it heavily.  He really hates the way the bodybuilding industry in its current state.  Gregg is a real dude and has been around the block and has seen his fair share of the nitty-gritty.
