yesterday I did a back workout or pullups, seated cable rows, and t-bar rows, yet today my pecs are sore, and my back is not...how could this be?
flexing your chest when your pulling?? back training is something that takes practice, anyone can just grab a weight and move it but you have to "feel" it. I pretend my hands are hooks and i put all my focus into my back when im training it, all my movements are slow and controlled.
