OK..I won't tell Supasuprm about the superior benefits of the press behind the neck or any other version of overhead BB or DB pressing for thick and wide delts. And their influence on faster development of the total shoulder girdle.
Front raises are extensions movements, like side lateral or rear posterior delt raises(even fly's). Not sure about the word "pronated" (prone would mean lying face down) but I assume that would refer to the palms facing down when doing the front extension. Actually that would be the better grip position. A hammer grip (thumbs up) would bring into play the biceps too much for a pure delt exercise. Tilting the DB's inward, with the palms facing down, can influence the anterior delts even more. Front raises can also be done on an incline bench with either a DB(s) or a BB. If Supasuprm would raise a DB (with both hands) overhead, the traps(and lesser extent, the triceps) would take over mainly once the DB went a little beyond the shoulder area. The front delts would be less involved.
Chest expanders can work the rear delts when doing rear pulls. But not to any great degree. Good Luck.
