ONE GRAM OF PROTEIN PER ONE LBS OF LEAN MUSCLE MASS, not 1g of protein per lbs of body weight but ONE GRAM OF PROTEIN PER ONE LBS OF LEAN MUSCLE MASS

Now stop this nonsense with "oh this 300lbs monster bro takes in 20g of protein a day, this other guy is 100lbs and takes in 50000g of protein" c'mon on c'monnnnnnnnnnnnn
