so if lou took 150 grams of portein at a bodyweight of 270 and having a height of 6.5,so much did arnie took??my guess is around the same or maybe less

Pick up the March '07 issue of Musclemag tributing Arnold. There you'll find a wealth of information with NEVER-BEFORE-SEEN articles, pictures... even how much protein he took.

The bodybuilders of the 1950's 60's and 70's used moderate protein year round. They used high protein for short periods of time a few times a year..

Arnold took whatever he had to to win. Speed, smokin weed. Whatever.
He took in alot of protein. Don't remember how much though.

His restaraunt shatzi on main, had alot of real rich food though.

Judging by how few pages in the Encyclopedia Arnold devotes to nutrition, I'm guessing that he didn't give the protein issue a lot of thought. He probably just ate as many animals as he could afford without getting too chubby and concentrated more on conquering the world like his hero Hitler.
