Mike said it best. For the rest of us, might try the bent arm pullover & press and dips (weighted) with the elbows glued to the sides and the body somewhat straight up. No leaning forward. Let the triceps handle most of the work load, not he pecs or delts. The "V" bar is an excellent piece of equipment for this also. Your triceps will not only look impressive when posing but also outstanding when the arms are relaxed and just hanging down at the sides. Good luck.
