the "leg workout" was the funniest one, from what i could see it was a tri set of 60 pound rising on the toes Platz style hack squats followed by walking luges with a pair of 25's and then one legged squats on a Cybex Smith machine with a quarter on each side followed by 10 minutes of talking about how "hardcore" it is.
ROLF That stuff is real hardcore if you never been in a gym before.
