Lat raises 2x8
CG bench press 3x8
Pushdowns 2x10
Skull crushers 1x10

Friday
Dead lift 4x5
Bent row 4x8
Seated row 3x8
Lat pulldowns 2x12
Shrugs 4x8





Will add cardio and abs next week how does it look

Looks fine to me, maybe increase your number of sets on leg day, you've only got 6 sets for quads.  Add leg press or some extensions?

Might also go for higher reps on the pullovers.

Whatever works for you at the end of the day.

i would personally instead of doing 2sets for pullovers and flyes do 4sets of one  and alternate every once in a while.

i would do chins instead of pull downs or alternate

stiff deads for hammies

besides that i think it looks good man

Looks great, good luck!  Keepin the reps between 6 - 10 is good for building up strength, especially with the big movements.

Do you workout between Sunday and Thursday?

yeah that last friday is actuallyu suppopsed to be monday and then i take tues and wed off
