When I went to the Phillipines...we ate whats called Balut...its a developing chicken egg with the embroyo still developing but not yet with feathers or hard tissue. They would boil the egg, crack the top and drink it like chicken soup...it was delicious!

Also ate frogs too and dog in the Phillipines. Frog tasted just like chicken. Dog tasted lighter than beef...it looked like beef but it didnt taste like beef

Its actually a duck egg.

You can get all kinds of animals from the sea at sushi places. sea urchin, eel, octopus, squid, fish eggs, all this is very uncommon to eay for many people, for a japanese it's totally normal.

i had alligator in Florida, frog legs in Thailand, snails in France, Kangaroo in an Australian restaurant in germany, ostrich steak, cow's tongue. i really think meat is meat.
I've had all the ones you mentioned but I still think jellyfish is the weirdest thing to eat.

Dolphins aren't fish, hope this helps.

Ok there is Dolphins (mammals) and Dauphins (fish, aka Mahi Mahi).  The latter tastes pretty damn good.  Hope that helps.

Most establishments just call it Mahi Mahi now to avoid dumba$$es thinking it flipper.  So are buffalo wings buffalo? ??? ;D 8)

Correct. People just cannot understand that dolphinfish is not dolphin. People are probably willing to shell out more for it if sounds exotic, too.
