I'm doing about an hour every day first thing in the morn on an empty stomach, and a friend told me I was burning muscle, maybe some fat but mostly muscle. I am getting weaker, but my protein intake is pretty high, I don't understand how this works. From what I know doing cardio first thing in the momrning is the best way to NoT burn muscle right? If you're blood glucose levels are low, you're body kicks out GH which preserves muscle. He said that is just a theory and not totally true. I want to burn fat as fast as humanly possible, if I burn some muscle that's ok I am a fast gainer I can put it back on later, but right now I want to get ripped. I am also taking an eca stack in the morning, how will this affect what I'm doing? Whats the best method overall?
