Dunst was quoted in Entertainment Weekly saying that the fans would not go see a Spider-Man movie that did not include Her, Maguire and Raimi.  Epic Ego.

I can see the argument for eiter Maguire or Raimi, but I think people could care less if Dunst is in it.  She was getting "whore" chants at my screening, and I think the whole reason they brought in the Gwen Stacy character was as a fallback in case dunst doesn't come back.

You really think that? Nevermind that maybe the fans wanted to see her or to add some emotional tension between characters. Your theory is in case Kirsten Dunst doesn't come back.  ::)
