Preperation H?

So here's the deal, I recently lost a bunch of weight and have some serious stretch marks! I lost over 6 in off the waist! so i was talking with someone that does comps and they said to try putting on preperation h and to go tanning?! I was gonna give it a try because i am going to start tanning anyways, but is this ligit? or should it try some really expensive toning lotion, and what works?

Prep-H temporarily shrikns hemmoroids,it also ,when used as you asked about,will shrink fat cells........key word here is temporarily.
