First of all, the Ephedra, leave is legal and gives you alot of energy without thne jitters. Secondly yes if you take to much ephedra, is with wire you, to the point that you will lose your appetite, and therefore lose muscle. The key word is use, not abuse.If you use Ephedra, or ECA in moderation it will give you consistant energy to make it through grueliing work outs after working 8-12 hours everyday.
I dont know about you, but sometimes my days are long, and I sometimes need a little kick to give make it though and intense workout. If you are successful, sometimes it takes alot out of you time and energy wise. After working sometimes 12 hours, I need we all need a boost. Ephedra helps endurance, stamina, mental focus, and strength.
I dont use Ephedra more then usually 1-2 times a day, and on the week ends, I dont use it at all.I only take what I need, somtimes I take 10 mg, or if I am dragging a little bit I will take 25 mg.
I been training 22 years, and trust me Ephedra, is a great supplement to use, if you use it correctly.
