I posted that pic here 3 yr's ago to rip on myself and to put a face with a name.

i didn't lift for 8 yr's prior to when that pic was taken all my size was from when i was serious about lifting.

"though  i was back into lifting about 3 months prior to that pic"....by the way believe it or not my arms were 19'' in that pic, but my chest was over 50'' so you're right it does make my arms look too small for my torso, but guest what....... i don't care
