I think if I had the tenacity, I could regain that type of conditioning only 40-45lbs heavier, but since I lost intrest in competing, I'm fairly happy with where I'm at.

But my book doesn't cut it as this is Getbig!  ;D You need to be able to bench 1,000 lbs for reps and you also need to be 6% bf year around!
