Never have, but I like being able to cheat it up at the end of the set to get some negatives anyway.  I'd still vote for a mirror if there's any doubt about form Keg.

You can easily cheat with an arm blaster. It's basically the same idea as a preacher bench and is effective for isolation and removing the front delts for standing, sitting, incline, lying or cable curls as well as triceps pushdowns. Schwarzenegger still likes em.

The only downside i noticed is that occasionally it can hurt your back, depending on the exercise. That's why i like this for lying curls and incline DB curls where that's not an issue.

Used arm blasters before & find them pretty good depending on what you use them for.Don't really find it a great exercise tool if your the ego type person that needs to pile on weights. It digs into your body & can be quite annoying but if using moderately heavy weight can be a beneficial exercise tool for variety.

I never used or seen anyone use it.     i don't see how that can help you. you can back off the weight and  not cheat on yourself. i just think the more training gear you have to train, the  worse you going to train. b/c your body is going to get use to it straps, wraps and etc.....
