I replied to your post in the Nutrition thread...here it is again:
Distal clavicle problems come in two common varieties: A) clavicular
osteolysis and B) distal clavicle osteoarthritic changes. Neither are
responsive to any "quick fix" approaches! These are chronic problems
from repetitive abuse in most cases.
Shoulder Bursistis problems are usually associated with a forward rotation of the gleno-humeral
joint due to much muscle imbalance between the anterior and posterior shoulder girdle,
with short and tight pec minor and subscapularis, along with
weakened and long scapulo-thoracic musculature. In other words a
rounded shoulder and or increased kyphosis. You will need to have
your posture and muscle balance assessed, and will most likely need
to stretch the anterior muscles and strengthen the posterior
supporting muscles.
You will likely find that you have a lot of mobilization work
to do in the T spine, very possibly the L3/4, 4/5, L5/S1 segments. The liver and lungs reflex to the shoulders as well.
As for Glucosamine, I would lay off that because it's synthetic and just try to bring down the inflammation with increased Omega-3's. I also reccommend Garden of Life's " F.Y.I." which works wonders.
You need to lay off Pro-Inflammatory foods like Bread, pasta, grains red meat, processed foods, oxalate foods (spinach, rubarb, strawberries, nuts, chocolate, beef, soy..., tomatoes, juices (all), coffee, and processed oils.
