Just another fucked up east Asian society that has no grasp on reality. I think the Samoans are the same assholes who tattoo that shit all over their face as a sign of being a man. Might be the Fijians though.

That pic reminds of that show Nip/Tuck. The stud doctor had just fixed this girl up and he had a thing for fucking his patients after he made them hot. Well this girl was still beat so she tried to kiss him and he was like, "Geez, you look like a fish." So he gave her a brown bag, and she's like, "What's this for?" So he tells her that if she wants to fuck him she's going to have to wear it. And it cuts to him slamming her doggy style with the bag over her head and afterwards, she takes it off with a tear coming down her face. Anyways, she comes back to the guy the next day and she's like, "I'll wear the bag or do whatever you want. You're the first guy that's paid attention to me." Or something stupid like that. Needless to say, that was some of the funniest 20 minutes of my life.

how about the caretakers at the Obesity clinics that have to watch 600 plus pound fat fucks all day making sure they dont overdose on donuts... that job must suck ...
