Yanks need to get with it and convert to the metric system....

No WAY! Took me long enought to remember 45lb plate multiplication tables. Now YOU wnat to screw it up w/ METRIC!  ::)

I'z just messin' w/  him.... My home olympic set is actually metric. So Im slightly off in calcs when I go to a Gym.

metric is so easy,, even the old fellas at work who were brought up imperial prefer the metric system,,,, altho we still measure peoples hight in feet and weight in stones???????

no human being on earth eats 10 full meals a day except for Cutler MAYBE, even him i doubt eats that many times a day, 5-6 meals is fine, the rest of the advice is great.
yes they do. heard a pro at my gym talking that he ate 22 flank steaks in 2 days. 9 meals one day and
8 the next. i see him at the grocery store too, with cart loaded.

Watch a 320lb guy eat for a few days. It'll blow your mind.
Thing is taht guy I know holds back, he'd eat even MORE if he could afford it!

Ive watched him Devour a pile of steaks about 6" high, w/ Potatoes, broccoli, bread & butter, pie, milk...

Hes not a BBer, but if he had higher lean mass - He have to eat even more!
