Jay is the last person to comment on someone's wardrobe, based on the stupid ass gym clothes he's always wearing in public.

800 to 1000 carbs a day is 3200-4000 calories in carbs alone.  Add in protein and fats and he'll probably claim a total caloric intake of at least 7000 calories per day.  What a phuckin' liar.

Maybe if he cuts his carbs to 600-800 he won't look like shit when he diets for next years show!!!  Jay I hope this helps!!

got my dvd yesterday too from meso almost watched the whole thing its 100 times better then any prior dvd simply because its jmmed packed with normal shit other then watching him workout, worth every penny and then some
