im watching it now (2 discs ill give you guys a review if you want?)

Ok.............this part made me laugh

Jay is doing a seminar,he tell the audience he eats between 800 - 1000 carbs a day
this guy in the audience laughs out loud
Jay says "you laughing dude?......it's ok you can laugh
i was laughing at your outfit when you first came in"

Steele...it's ok.  Mike is home watching the DVD.  I am at work.  We spend LOTS of quality time together every day, and even if it does involve bbing...I am all for it as I love it too!   ;D

800 to 1000 carbs a day is 3200-4000 calories in carbs alone.  Add in protein and fats and he'll probably claim a total caloric intake of at least 7000 calories per day.  What a phuckin' liar.

OK. So I finally finished watching the DVD...

My take? It's good. It's not a big stretch from his One Step Closer DVD. Very similiar in the sense that it takes you behind the scenes of his lifestyle along with the training. Speaking of training, the scenes are good when he's training in Gold's/Venice and Muscle Beach, but didn't really get the sense of 'feeling' his intensity. His training back home (Las Vegas) was better.

So really the only thing I can say is if you liked One Step Closer, as I did, then this DVD is for you.

Oh, one other thing I wanna mention is a scene Mits filmed where Flex Wheeler is talking to Jay backstage at the '07 Arnold Classic regarding the placings, and when Flex seen Mits was recording, he came off as a dick and even threaten Mits about taping!
