This only happens when i go really heavy (for me) im sure its because shoulders come into play bc of the weight..its just weird bc i know it happens from heavy chest work but on occasion back..
Lat pull downs
Hammer strength rows
Bent over barbell rows 185, 225, 275. (perfect form, bent over near parallel)
Dumbell rows - 130, 140, 150 10-15 reps
Close grip pull downs
Usually I end with high rep deadlift, the heaviest weight i use is 275 and just do as many reps as i can for 3 sets. Im a firm believer when dieted down doing deads like this will give me good lower back and overall polishing of hammies etc..
Yes I know its weird..did back on Wed, took off thursday and went in today friday i ended up doing delts with my hammies..
