Shawn, a feq questions:
- what did your diet generally look like?
- did you perform flat barbell bench presses?
- you've been on and off drugs, ie. trained like both - what is your most important advice for the natural trainee?

 Probably not but what most IFBB PROS do is post here under gimmick accounts out of fear that we'd make fun of them until they have a cornorary.

1st question -- no sure what it was back in the day...but recently is has been getting 50% of calories from Dunkin, 30% from Bojangles and 20% from Carl Jr's.
2nd question -- Yes
