That original Nautilus pullover machine was something else indeed when it came to working the lats. Wonder if Bluto's machine has the pulldown bar in front? Really should not need or do anything else for the back except with the Nautilus pullovers and pulldown bar (curl grip) used right after a set of pullovers. Probably the only other back movement would be shrugs or SLDL's to complete a full back workout. Both favored exercises of Art Jones.
That was the problem most BB'ers made in the past., doing other back exercise along with the Nautilis/pulldown workouts.. And of course, too many sets . Recovery was extra hard and slowed development/strength. Than those BB'ers blamed the Nautilus machine it's self as being crap, where it was just not used right by them. That Hammer machine (or any other machine) doesn't even compare to the original Nautilus. That three gear (nautilus cam) made all the difference in the world. Good Luck Bluto.
