im 21, natty obviously, 6'3.5, around 225 (ive lost a few lbs training has been disjointed past 3 weeks)
bench 375 (with a pause)
squat 420 (shit)
deadlift 550 at least (i was training recently and was very close to getting 600 then injury and sickness kicked in so i cant claim it)
weighted dips can do 4 reps tired with 180lbs attached below parallel
weiighted chins 6 reps with 65lbs
standing shoulder press 190x9 on a thick bar
arms 19" pumped
chest 49"
waist tiny
legs small lol not too bad have decent shape
calves smaller
forearms 16" goosenecked
on monday im gonna start a new log of my trianing get sum motivation etc back
