several friends and i are having a contest to see who puts on the most lean muscle and looses the most body fat. the constes last 10 weeks and we are starting our 3rd week
2 points per lb of fat lost
3 points per lb of lean muscle added
we each put in $ 100.00 the most points wins all
so my question is on the day of weight in will it hurt or help if i sit in the dry sauna for a couple of hours ?
