I've tried it, it is a tasty, convenient product.  I think it's actually 100% Whey Isolate as well!

Wasn't there a whole debate about how long protein is good for in liquid or did that finally get put to rest?

Actually, it might be glutamine which is unstable in water.

Do you currently supplement with glutamine?

Too many mixed reviews, so I stopped supplementing with glutamine.

yeah....I don't use Glutamine either...no one could definitively prove that it works...I put glutamine in the same category as Carnisine, tyrosine,etc.....a bunch of talk with nothing to back them up.

I keep reading that orally administered glutamine cannot be effectively absorbed, etc.
Well, then how else do you get it?
It’s an amino acid found in proteins.
We get proteins from food.
We consume food orally – except for in that one episode of South Park.

So does that mean we never get the glutamine from any of the proteins we eat?

Regardless, I still have a bit of AST micronized GL3.
Once gone, I’m switching to a BCAA powder to use for a while.
At least the reports seem to all agree on that.
