dont count calories. count carbohydrates, fats and proteins. it might seem like the same thin. but it is most definitely not.
your personal metabolism has a set rate at which it burns glucose, fatty acids, and at which it can utilize protein. if you eat every three hours, eating enough protein to grow at your personal optimum rate, eat just the right amount of slow burning complex carbs, and take just the right amount of efa's...then you should get cut up super quick.
the trick is finding out what works best for you body.
