Coach doesn't train any well known "athletes" and Nasser most definately fucked someone he knew.

The one thing Coach and Milos have in common is they both don't have an IFBB Pro card. ;D

Coach how many of your athletes get very very sick before they have a contest or another form of competition????Some get so sick with Milos they take years off to recover Now that's a Fukin workout.Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm mmmm ::)

I don't train bodybuilders, I train athletes and I can honestly say none get sick before an event nor do they blow out a knee and quad at the same time while sprinting :-X

Low blow Coach I didn't mention the knee that could be put down to old age and years of drug use it plays havoc on joints but then again any Good trainer would know that.Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm ;D
