dude, YES ! he made some aweosme points that i thin alot of guys need to hear. esp about doing what you personally feel, and makinig the muscle work !   guys should stop worrying about proper form and doing the basics and start worrying about feeling the muscle and doing the movements that they note the best development from.

this guy is the king of morons. I don't think I could stand listening to this loud, obnoxious, asshole for one minute. He is seriously fucked up in the head. Anyone who can stand this clown for more than a minute must have the IQ of a fuckin donkey 8)
