I have somewhat of an hourglass shape of a body, what are some exercises to rapidly gain size on my obliques?

I think the OP needs to start doing some Push Aways if he's got an hourglass shape.

Out of interest what is the exact reason you want to gain size in the obliques?

The most basic solution I can think of is to train without wearing a belt

landmines or grapplers..

a landmine is hard to find but a grappler is just taking a bar..sticking it in a corner and going from one side of your body to the other with it and adding plates as you need it.

My bodyshape is like an hourglass and women are supposed to have that not men, instead of the obliques going straight down they go inwards.

Its kind of like the first one, except obviously not as bad

Ps: this thread is not a joke and i am 100% serious

Russian Twists
Full Contact Twist

I'm guessing you realise you got to twist! lol

Weighted side extensions are what you need to do.  If you know how to do a back extension, then doing a side extension will be obvious.  Essentially just turn your torso so that you are lying on your side.  The link depicts a 45 degree side extension, but one can do the exercise on a a normal back extension (or hyper-extension) bench.  Just be sure to bend at the torso and not the hips.
