Not a lot of white dudes with good structure like that. He needs to figure out what works for him and do some damage. If Cook put on about 15 lbs on his upper body and nailed his prep they would practically give him the O once Ronnie's gone

chris doenst have enough mass or torso thickness.  thickness is his main problem.  he needs to stop training with bob chick and doing those gay high reps. 

you could always tell the guys that didnt train heavy - they look different then the guys who do.  and bob never trained heavy and therefore never had enough mass or thickness to be anything.

He had no choice, he has an enlarged heart. One of the few that listend to the Dr before it was too late, still might be but at least he can live longer.

translation...in the old days it was a sport, you had a job worked out and you were the biggest guy in the gym.  you decided to compete and maybe you took some dbol, or something to cut up.  you dieted, and came in 225lbs.

all of a sudden things changed...you had to come in 280lbs, looking freaky to place.  kidneys cant take the stress and drugs, only have two and one wont cut it.  thats why we dont see him anymore...and many others.  wake up!!!
