what the heck was your diet being so cut
im finding i can get away with tons of carbs and eggs, and more eggs/fat i eat if my body is sore
this is masterful thinking when you want to 1train at your best, 2repair, 3have energy ,4 lose fat
thats like 4 different phases of a diet right there each may require a different balancing act, also taste requirments should be paid attention too when experimenting...because not alot of people are completley shredded year roun
I was always was skinny, yet defined. I hate fact that some dudes could grow like weeds, butt they hated that I could see my tris without deiting. But unlike that dude I am 5'5...and I ate like a T-Rex...Chicken fish, greens and , pasta rice, potatoes, oatmeal ( and minimal cardio), so Whatever I gained, was mostly muscle. After that, I just did cardio, with several layers of clothes on and cut back on carbs. By summer time I was ripped. But I was ripped before lifting
