1 L before work, 2 L during work, 1 L during workout, 1 L with dinner, 1 L after dinner

Generally 2-2,5 L. If I'm training more volume, I'll say 3L specially if I'm training legs.

1 gallon per day.  Sorry, I live in the U.S.  We don't use the metric system ;D
