post deleting still sounds like the harsh thing to do.

I have a better idea: focus on training and not personal crap and it won't matter. That means you buddy. ;)

What’s that on the right of you?
Are you a fireman, or is that to practice the latest pole dancing moves?
 :)
Good progress, bro; especially compared with those older pics that somehow keep finding their way onto this board.

Sad that this is the only reason you're here, to help your buddies. You really should try to contribute something about training, that would be positive. When you do, be smart and resist the urge to make absolute statements about training that aren't substantiated, that are only really opinions while resorting to the personal, like magoo and overload.

Photo right of Can-did looks like the middle section of a mirrored sliding glass bedroom door. That sunlight, from a angle, does not give any true reading to the body.

Wonder how tall he is? Looks a little below average in height, while his head seems out of porportion to the rest of the body. Chest may be a bit shallow, hard to tell by that pose. A relaxed front and side view would offer much in the way to show his future potental. Overall, good and steady progress. Kind of looks like an average jock right now but I am sure he could add 20 lbs of solid muscle with-in at least 6 months to a year.  Good Luck.

i didn't say anything personal! i just made a post, you refuted me, i calmly explained why you were wrong. then not only are my posts gone, but so is the one you made arguing with me. there was NO reason to delete them, it was not flaming in ANY way.

This is better, none of the hostility that is buried in previous posts. Maybe you don't realize it.

As far as right or wrong, you're expressing an opinion. Very little of any research produced is conclusive.

Do you alternate hands?

Yeah, Let me know when the playing field is equal.

Abusing your powers is one thing, but at least leave up all the posts where we prove you wrong...over and over and over.

Really? Have you ever studied in a given field? anything?

Do we need another round for me to teach you the basics?

Truth!

I get more PM's each day, than posts on this training board...lol

Looks like the masses recognize the difference.

that's not the point. the point is you DELETED two of my posts and one of yours for no apparent reason other than i said something, you argued, and i explained why you were mistaken. there was no flame war. i said "X is the case", you said "no it isn't", i said "yes it is and here's why".

you are DELETING posts for no reason other than you don't like it when someone proves you wrong. that's incredibly immature and not at all right for moderator behaviour. simply admit you were wrong to delete those posts and we can move on. don't blame me, i was entirely level-headed in my responses to you, nor am i flaming you now.
