we all know u have critical anabolic window of opportunity right...few days ago i leave gym and have my shake...and i go buy red potatoe for first time to cook w/ my lean steak...well i like too wait 2 hours after my shake to have my next meal...i have shake at 5pm and wanted to eat by 7...so i began cooking my steak at 6:30 and boiling my potatoes...i didnt realize u should cut the potatoes up to cook faster...it was now 6:55 and my potatoes werent close to being done...it took forever for the water to boil in 1st place and i was feeling weak and light headed from the lack of food...finally around 7:25 they were done and to me it seemed like a mess...i was hoping i did not screw up the anabolic window i hope...next day i wake up and i look okay but in back of my mind i was worried about a possible loss of my lbm
ive since checked out youtube videos on how to make better ones and ive watched my fiancee cook some for me other day...hers came out good while mine came out like crap

oh thats right the pic...well i had a great one all ready for u...but then i realized i dont have the usb cable to hook it into my laptop...so i go down to the cellar where i keep my box of stuff and wires and i think i find right one but then i try to hook into my laptop but i guess its wrong one cuz it wont fit and i call my friend jessica but she tells me yes i do have the right cable and it should be in the box in my bedroom cupboard...so i look in there and at first i dont see it but then i think i see it and i take it out and its all tangled up in knots with other cords...so it takes me forever to get them untangeld so finally im good to go and i hook up the digi camera but then i realize i dont have any idea what im doing and the photo program opens up on my screen but it dont do anyhting...it just stalls there...so then i had to shut off laptop cuz it froze and i turn on again and the windows xp just stalls and wont load an di get real angry so i keep turning my laptop on over and over and fiannly im back but i still cant figure out how to post...so can u tell me please how to post camera pic online...do i need photbucket account or soemthing? i wait for reply...thanx

Hey nat if you keep worrying about all of this you will end up achieving most of your goals.  Most don't even care and you do that says a lot about your dedication to the sport.  My buddy used to worry so much he ended up nationally qualified, get my point.  One slip up ain't shit bro.  Fight the good fight and press on.  I drink a shake after I train and don't eat again for two hrs all the time due to work and I grow so just keep keepin on man and you will get there..   Fuck the haters man.
