and the over eating of the past doesn`t remotely come close in comparison to what people eat today as well as loading.
Bruce Randall got up to 400 pounds to be a super-heavyweight Olympic weightlifter, then dropped down to 190 for bodybuilding. No protruding stomach.
what happened to bodybuilders making their body look good not gross?
It is quite funny to see that you guys really doesn't know that, but don't panic, I can help you. You see, when you take some gear like growth hormone etc., it make your muscles grow. All your muscles, meaning every fuc*king muscle in your body. When your stomach muscle grows thicker by training, part of it (external oblique abdominis) can be seen as a six pack, but that isn't all of it. If you look at the anatomy chart, you find out that there is other muscles as well (diaphragm, internal oblique abdominis, psoas major, psoas minor, pyramidalis, quadratus lumborum, rectus abdominis, transversus abdominis), which grows also. There is muscles even in your intestines, which grows when you use gear, so your abdominal cavity is quite full from all that. When you eat or drink some water, it make your stomack look bloated. On the other hand, with that amount of food these guys consume, your belly stretch out, and it is much harder to control in every situation. When you relax, your stomach start to hang out. So simple. When you take some gear, your body can't point the growth factor just for some places, so your body grows as a whole. You can change some priorities by training, but fact is that your muscles grow even without any exercise. Even your heart muscle grows, which eventually make it weaker, but there is always price for everything...
I am 300 in these pics and I don't have a big gut. My waist was under 37" at this time.
awesome tits on the first one. name?
no he didn't, i'll GAURANTEE you his waist was at least 38 inches onstage.
What drugs etc. lead to getting huge extended gut like so many bodybuilders have? and how do some pros manage to avoid getting this side effect? The two biggest guts in history can be seen below.
if its insulin why has milos not developed the 'gut' or his athletes
you're kidding? right ?
Bro you are right it is gh and insulin, no doubt, but must you be a typical net poster when trying to get your point across, one pic shows Hide with a competition number and the other pic is 10 weeks out in the gym, all are waist are 6 inches bigger off season.
first, that's not an off season pic, just a few weeks out. But he has abs in the second photo. he's not carrying any significant subcutaneous fat. so it does show he has a lot more visceral fat. its kind of hard for athletes to have little subQ but lots of visceral fat, except with the help of insulin.in the near future, will it become common for bodybuilders to have surgeries to remove both gyno and their omentum ?
It's hard to diet away visceral fat. It just hangs around, even when you're lean.
