My man, seriously, just stop. It appears you haven't been to the gym two times in one year, much less two times in one day.
Whatever you're doing, stop and change everything. Everything. Diet. Training methods. Training frequency. Supplementation. Cardio. Everything.
From the pictures you've posted, and the pictures that have been posted of you over the last week, it honestly appears that you have absolutely no idea what you are doing. Don't worry, you can learn, but if you keep doing what you're already doing, you're going to get more of the same.. which is nothing.
