Buy a treadmill, best investment I've ever made!
I have done hundreds of hours of cardio bro, I don't think cardio is for me
I swear all it did was make me look anorexic  :-X
I'm probably off doing non for my metabolism, I run through 600-800 carbs a day like it's nothing
then my body probably breaks down muscle tissue  ???

yet she doesn't mind your skinny frame? ???
not really bro, she thinks I look good, she doesn't want me to be too skinny but is telling me not to get bigger lol
beautiful girls are not such big fans of huge muscles, as long as you have some and good conditioning they're fine with it
they prefer that actually

If I were you I wouldn't worry about cardio at all, maybe do it 1 or 2 times a week for 30 minutes only, just to keep the cardiovascular system healthy, but like people are saying just eat like a horse, put the size on and then worry about molding it up.

but you're not ripped either ??? you're in the middle of muscular & fat and ripped & skinny
pick one way and go there, in the middle doesn't look any good, you have potential just realize it and take advantage of your genetics

And unless you stuck on the idea of becoming a bodybuilder, you should actually consider trying to get into wrestling, you have the size and the look for it, and you don't have to worry about being 3% bodyfat all year round.

My man, seriously, just stop. It appears you haven't been to the gym two times in one year, much less two times in one day.

Whatever you're doing, stop and change everything. Everything. Diet. Training methods. Training frequency. Supplementation. Cardio. Everything.

From the pictures you've posted, and the pictures that have been posted of you over the last week, it honestly appears that you have absolutely no idea what you are doing. Don't worry, you can learn, but if you keep doing what you're already doing, you're going to get more of the same.. which is nothing.

going to the gym twice for cardio, 2 hours of cardio...highly catabolic  :D
already changed my diet, training and cut all cardio  ;)
