Whatever fits your body type is better. Try anywhere from medium to extra wide to find a respectable groove for you.That's something only you can answer. If a trap bar is around, use that on DL's. Some people prefer that over a straight bar. Finds that it saves their back and knees quite a bit. I do. Good Luck.
Side Bar: Any one really know what happen to Metzer? Other than the Angel dust, etc. And all the other dozens of stories floating around for years. Guy looks like he never touched a weight before.
