Small can of smoked tuna
1 cup of basmati rice

MRP 240 Calories 12 Carbs 40 grams of protein
2 tbps of Gatorade Powder mixed w/water and a tsp of Glutamine.
45 minutes later
Burger and 1.5 cups of brown rice.

oh yea i forgot to mention immediately post workout i drank a shake consisting of NO synthesize and a scoop of waxy ( 30g ). Then about 60-90 min later had this meal. ;D

it's genetics.  The Good Lord made my adult weight 125 pounds, which is pretty much what ever other male in my fmaily weighs.

After my protein shake and waxy maize I had maybe 1 C. turkey chili and about an hour after that I had a 7 oz breaded chicken breast and 1/2 C. whole wheat pasta and then ice cream and hot fudge.
