i just try to make sure my abdomen is 'shaped' like an abdomen.
right after my workout i had a scoop and half of waxy maize w/ some aminos and bcaa then 30 mins later i had 2 scoop of whey isothen like an hour later i had 8oz of chicken w/ a cup of brown rice green beans and almonds
2 scoops of isolate + 2 scoops of nat pb = yes, prepping for another show
really when??
