What do you think?

I think its a good movement for chest...Im gonna do it today.

I prefer the barbell myself but yes, it's still a good movement.

I would agree with BigJ, a Smith machine would be a second choice. But it is a great movement for many. Might adjust the incline bench a bit to find the best position/angle for you. Can make a lot if difference with regards to how it affect your chest & delts. Most guy's do not do that. Good Luck.

Dumbells are my favorite but smith machine is good too.  Gotta mix it up.

As a variation it's great. But I don't care to do it all the time. My favorite would be to use a regular Barbell, then DB's, and finally HS before I'd consistently use the Smith for anything- chest in this case.

I actually am using it right now, but only because I've been using the aforementioned "accouterments" for the last 6+ months now.

I've used it a few times, not bad, but i prefer DB's. Might suit some poeple better though...

the smith helps me isolate my muscle more and doesnt feel as awkward as the bb incline

One of the few exercises that works best using a Smith machine IMO.
