haha, German drivers are damn good.  they take it very seriously.  I remember something about them not having cup holders in their cars and when asked about it they responded with a "what the hell do you mean?  you should focus when driving"  Over here you will see someone drinking a soda, talking on their cell phone and screwing with the radio or nav system, weaving in and out of traffic at 90mph....  and people are shocked when they have an accident! 

oh, it's the same here, it depends on the people.

The fact is, if you want to speed at 250 kph over the highway, you better concentrate on the road and don't fumble around a hot cup of coffee...
But these elderly bitches getting more oven pizza from the supermarket drive like shit.

i remember them telling us if you are in the left hand lane on the autobahn and you see lights flash in your rearview mirror, it's your responsibility to get out of the way!  I like that idea.  Here, toolbags will drive along in the passing lane, disrupting traffic because they are at or below the speed limit, and never merge back over.....idiots.

I have a little story to share about this aspect, i was driving over the highway, wanted to pass a truck, checked the rear view mirror: nothing, checked the left side mirror: nothing, literally no cars at all, so i took over to the left lane, and BOOOM!, rear view mirror was yellow, left side mirror was yellow, right side mirror was yellow.
It was a Lamboghini coming up from behind, he literally appeared out of nowhere behind me, i changed lanes and BOOM, it was gone again, lol.
