Which means he was about 228 tops...

he looked his best at 218 to 223, heaviest he got to was 235 and was off, at 218 to 235 he could have maybe won an olympia but he only got to that shape once just after turning pro. Appareantly problems with his water regulation due to the onset of his kidney disease made it difficult to get that dry again even with the use and overuse of diuretics.
