For an off season Flex, yeah. Do you notice that his waist measurement is not listed. That is very telling. But I actually think his arms got bigger than 22 in comp. shape at one time.

He never had them . Chances are they were ecilene injections. I have a rare pic of a full back double bi from the 1993 Arnold, it shows his calves, flexed, with separation. Plus it was Shawn Ray who started it, so that he could get in Flex's head, which Shawn Ray admitted. I'm at work now so I can't post it.

This is Flex pre 1999 Mr Olympia and HUGE I think I read somewhere he was 262 pounds I may be mistaken though , he looks bigger than normal and bigger than he was at that show

Nope, there is a clearer pic, from full straight on. Clear as day it was. Showed his back, shredded glutes (which he never had after 1993), and shredded calves  And  It was in Chris Jefferson magazine, it had Eryk Bui on the cover. I posted it like 2 yrs ago.  Awesome pic. Pure perfection.

Flex at 300 pounds, yeah. And if you have never noticed there are virtually no offseason pics of Flex (i'm talking the puffy 300 pound ones) like other bodybuilders. Plus he didn't really need to go up that high, since he competed at 215-246 (the last number was in 2001, when he was very sick)
