i drove a 335 leased for 2 yrs,it was awesome to drive day in and out, coupe or sedan was great car,i work for bmw.i bought a 04 5 series nice ride different animal than the 335 of course.

Definitely different animal, but the 5 series is pretty cool, steering is not as tight as the 3's, but I like it, reminds me a bit of my E92 M3. Compared with the E46 M3, I like the steering of the new M better.

Range Rovers have the perfect Unreliability Record. The qaulity is down the toilet, and everybody knows it, but people still buy them. It's a wonder how the money that Rover is making off of the the vehicles, that they can't fix the quality.

The local dealers crank on the services alone. My wife picked up her Rover S/C today from Anaheim Hills and said it was a mad house. Rovers are nice and have power but need attention. If you dont work and can deal with going to the dealer 5-6 times a year then its worth it. I would buy another in a heart beat. Oh yeah dont buy a BMW you'll eventually switch over to Mercedes.

Been there done that. Mercedes make the most practical luxury performance vehicle on the road today. Unless you are using the car to race all that SMG BS is a waste of money.

Are you kidding? I would have said Fuck it!!! If I paid 70K or 90k for vehicle like that and it ends up at the shop that many times, I would have gotten rid of it no matter how nice it's! No disrespect to you man, but I think the main reason why Land Rover doesn't care about thier relability year after year is because people like you will continue buying them and if they the took a shit you guys would still buy them. For me, they are nice, but no thanks, I'll stick to my BMW's and Porsches, atleast they have NEVER given me any problems whatsoever ;)

By the way, my neighbor has a white SL65 AMG Black Series!

People and all these soccer moms will continue buying them because of the status and "cool," thing to own. Hollywood started the whole craze of people buying this POS! Look around every athlete, celebrity, has one.

I think TA is just saying that if you are going to spend that kind of money on a new crossover, why not just buy a cooler car that is a few years old for roughly the same price. For example, you can get a 5-year old Viper SRT-10 for a little under $50K. The problem with this is the repair and maintenance costs though, especially for something like a Bentley.

And the fact driving the "Viper" around you would feel/look like a tool who is compensating for something.

Believe me, I want to too ;D

I believe there were only a handful made with the white color. I think he paid USD 345K or something crazy like that. Me, I would have bought either a Ferrari Scuderia (I love that car!) or a Murcielago LP640.

Can't go wrong with a Lexus. The japs know how to build pretty reliable cars.
No doubt about it...
