It's a good thing that they don't take to dogfighting on this big of a scale.

It's odd, cock fights are not very emotional in my opinion. I could never watch or tolerate dog fights. Dogs have personality. Dogs are often friendly and quite social. Roosters are always mean and always fight each other on sight. Two random dogs will often run and play. Two random roosters will always fight.

Plus, poultry is eaten. The really odd thing is how countries influenced by the Spanish love cockfighting, and to a small degree bullfighting, but seem to on average treat their dogs better than the Spanish treat their Galgos.
