Hey! I trained with him at R1 in El Segundo, CA before he moved to Vegas. I even threatened GSP at the Abu Dhabi when it was held in Long Beach in 2005 (then ran away like a little girl).

Frank's a helluva a funny guy and tough as nails.

frank is way cool actually and i am nothing but in awe/very scared of him

if i met GSP I would be more in awe of his awesome accent then his fighting skill

Thanks.  Shawn Ray's jump from 18-21/22 (youngest ever at nationals) and a pro card is probably greater.  Plus he didnt have Mr F##kin O filling his prescriptions.

Drugs are only the last 2-3%. If Phil didn't have the countless injections of test,tren,eq,masteron,a full medicine cabinet of orals,gh,insulin pre and post workout,diuretics, he'd probably be about 230 onstage instead of 240-250.

Well you can eat donuts like that everyday and not worry about putting on fat if you're running t3 and clen or dnp.

Actually, what most impressed me when I met GSP was how big he looked in person. Of course, he diets down to 170 for his fights but he told me that his walk around weight is around 190 sometimes as high as 195. He told me he was around 190 at the Abu Dhabi tournament.

The accent as well as the Calvin Klein face and body is definitely a chick magnet. Oh, and being the Welterweight champ and becoming quite wealthy at it helps also.

He's living the life I can only dream of. I never hated anybody so much.
