Insane...

In his "early years," I never liked Phil's abs. Seems like with all the drugs and whatever he's doing now, his abs look far better IMO.
Side note: In the first photo, the way the light comes across makes it look like Phil's biceps are photoshopped or untrained...no peak at all. Only lighting however.

Hey! I trained with him at R1 in El Segundo, CA before he moved to Vegas. I even threatened GSP at the Abu Dhabi when it was held in Long Beach in 2005 (then ran away like a little girl).

Frank's a helluva a funny guy and tough as nails.

i bet you he got more puntang in the before pic... not due to the muscle mass, but due to the facial differences... women like face more then anything... lean thin face not some bloated muscle face.
