don't do any of the bullshit mentioned so far.

heres your routine.

shoulders;

1 set of 15 with 15lb. military presses

traps

1 set of 15 with 15lb. dumbell shoulder shrugs

post workout meal = box of tic tacs and shot glass of water.

Unless he is using steroids, he will overtrain very quickly using this routine.
